Job Requirements:

• Greeting and Reception:
• Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage appointments and maintain schedules for meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and correspondence.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
• Communication:
• Serve as a liaison between visitors and company staff.
• Provide accurate information about the company, products, or services.
• Security and Safety:
• Ensure visitor logs are maintained and monitor entry and exit.
• Adhere to company safety and security protocols.

Additional Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (both spoken and written).

• Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC/Graduate.

• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Personality: Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
